Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix almond flour and granulated sugar until well combined.
  3. Add softened butter and vanilla extract; blend until a crumbly dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in chopped dried cherries until evenly distributed.
  5. Roll small portions of dough into balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool slightly before rolling in powdered sugar.
