  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro chopped, optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  2. Add sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add chopped cilantro and pulse to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
