  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large eggs
Topping
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds toasted
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the crust with graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and melted unsalted butter.
  2. Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Filling

  2. Mix in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
