Chimichurri Sauce
  • 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine parsley, oregano, garlic, red pepper flakes, olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinated chimichurri sauce and toss to coat thoroughly.
  3. Let the shrimp marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Grill or sauté the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
