Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup mayonnaise preferably homemade or high-quality
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Chipotle Flavoring
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Mix Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  2. Add the chopped chipotle in adobo sauce and smoked paprika. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust the chipotle amount for desired spiciness.
Serve
  1. Transfer the chipotle mayo to a serving dish or airtight container.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
