Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves packed
  • 1 medium lime juiced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine the cilantro leaves, lime juice, minced garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
