Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked cake crumbs Use your favorite cake flavor
  • 1/2 cup frosting Any flavor, but buttercream works great
  • 1 cup chocolate coating Can be dark, milk, or white chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles For decorating
  • 12 sticks lollipop sticks

Method
 

  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering ingredients and tools.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in 1/2 cup of frosting until the mixture is moldable.
  4. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the cake balls for one hour to firm up.
  6. Melt the chocolate coating according to package instructions.
  7. Dip each chilled ball halfway into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before inserting a lollipop stick.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
