- In a large mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
- Mix in eggs and softened butter until well combined.
- Gradually add in flour and 1 teaspoon of salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Evenly distribute sliced strawberries on top, then roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
- Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking pan.
- Let them rise for another 30 minutes while the oven finishes preheating.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract to make frosting.
- Drizzle the frosting over warm rolls before serving.
