Ingredients
  

Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken tenders boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup bread crumbs plain or seasoned
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Vegetable Sides
  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups carrot sticks fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for roasting
Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Method
 

Prepare Chicken Tenders
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Prepare Vegetable Sides
  1. Toss broccoli florets and carrot sticks with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread on a separate baking sheet and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Make Dipping Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and honey until well combined.
