  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave or on low heat. Stir in minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the greased baking dish skin-side down. Pour the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. For extra flavor, switch to broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end of baking.
  6. Serve hot with any remaining sauce drizzled on top.
