Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, honey, dill, and black pepper to create the marinade.

  2. Remove salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down if applicable.

  4. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
