Ingredients

Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon fillets skin-on or skinless
Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
Garnish
  • 1 lemon lemon sliced for serving
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
  1. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
