Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat the Grill
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).
Grill the Salmon
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
