Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Marinade
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.
Marinate the Shrimp
  1. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Skewer the Shrimp
  1. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, about 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
Grill the Skewers
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the skewers from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

For added flavor, you can soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
