  • 4 fillets Salmon (fresh, skin-on)
  • 1 pound Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic (fresh minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (fresh-squeezed)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 cups Cooked rice or quinoa
  • 1 whole Lemon (cut into wedges)
