  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, honey, Dijon mustard, black pepper, salt, rosemary, and thyme until well combined.
  2. Place the steak in a plastic bag or container and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the steak is fully coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for maximum flavor.

Notes
