Ingredients
  

Cucumbers
  • 2 medium cucumbers sliced thinly
Marinade
  • 1 cup white vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Method
 

Prepare the Cucumbers
  1. Wash the cucumbers and slice them thinly using a knife or mandoline.
Make the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, dill, and minced garlic until well combined.
Combine and Marinate
  1. Add the sliced cucumbers to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a jar or container and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
