Ingredients
  

Corn
  • 4 ears corn on the cob husked
Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon extra chili powder for garnish

Method
 

Grilling the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred and tender.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Once the corn is grilled, remove it from the grill and brush the sauce generously over each ear of corn.
  2. Sprinkle crumbled cotija cheese, chopped cilantro, and extra chili powder on top before serving.
