Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Snow crab legs
  • 1 lb Mussels cleaned
  • 1 lb Clams cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 medium Potatoes quartered
  • 2 ears Corn cut into thirds
  • 1 medium Onion quartered
  • 4 cloves Garlic smashed
Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Butter Sauce
  • 1 stick Unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Seafood Boil
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add the potatoes and corn. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and seasonings to the pot. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp, crab legs, mussels, and clams to the pot. Cook until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels and clams have opened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Drain the seafood and vegetables using a strainer. Transfer to a serving platter.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Drizzle over the seafood boil.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
