Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and sugar until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until fluffy. Gradually add in sugar until light and airy.
  4. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gently until just combined; stir in chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool slightly before inserting sticks into each pop.
  8. Dip each pop in melted chocolate and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles; allow to set on a cooling rack.
