  • 16.5 ounces refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 24 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • Red & Green Sprinkles
  • 6 ounces white chocolate
  • 2 ounces heavy cream
  • Red, White & Green Sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish.
  2. Press the sugar cookie dough into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, flour, salt, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. Mix in the sour cream until smooth.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the sugar cookie crust.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes or until set.
  8. Allow the cheesecake to cool before adding toppings.
  9. Melt the white chocolate with the heavy cream and drizzle over the cheesecake.
  10. Top with red and green sprinkles as desired.
