Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium Zucchini sliced
  • 2 medium Yellow Squash sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Onion sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice the zucchini and yellow squash into thin rounds.
  2. Slice the bell pepper and onion, and mince the garlic.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the zucchini, yellow squash, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and soy sauce if using. Stir well to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
